Located in the heart of Windsor, this two bedroom apartment which is currently privately rented, underwent a cosmetic uplift to transform the general look and feel. SMG Interiors were engaged to design and project manage the works, taking the pressure off the owners - both working professionals with busy work and family commitments. This included remedial works, installation of new flooring throughout, entire redecoration, new window treatments and light fittings to a high specification. The kitchen was in great need of a renovation and quickly became the focal point. The Client desired something sleek, modern and moody – and to make the most of space being modest in size. A re-design gave opportunity to maximise space and design something dramatic. To enhance the Kitchen design further we sourced some unique granite for custom worktops and splashback, which created that wow factor the Client so desired!

Underpinning the overall scheme was a palette of warm contemporary neutrals throughout, which coordinated with the deep grey colour of the kitchen cabinetry and tones of the granite. Features such as acoustic panelling installed in the Living Room with hidden mood lighting - added a rich and warm dimension to the space, further enhancing the enjoyment of the apartment overall.
